Michelle Snyder is the managing consultant of Crows Feet Consulting. With training in theology, systems theory, and organizational intelligence, she brings a unique perspective to her consulting work with middle judicatories, congregations, nonprofits, and clergy. Michelle has co-authored the book Life, Death and Reinvention: The Gift of the Impossibly Messed-Up Life and collaborated with Russ on his most recent book, Front Door Back Door. When Michelle is not coaching and consulting, she does suicide prevention training for faith communities and spends time at home in Pittsburgh with her husband and two daughters.
"Michelle Snyder is an amazingly dedicated professional and was the really critical link between the data and the congregation. She deftly utilized Holy Cow’s analytics, her knowledge of church dynamics, and her exceptional compassion to break down the data and present a narrative for our congregation that we could not only understand but hear. She invited us to engage in a process of spiritual discernment during the presentation, and it was a transformative experience that generated hope in the midst of the data's bleak picture. She was able to present the unvarnished truth and still minister to our congregation. Our congregation's experience with Crows Feet Consulting was overwhelmingly positive and we recommend it highly."
